Jury instructions for both state and federal criminal juries can be found in a variety of locations.
When searching on Westlaw, select Secondary Sources link from the main menu and then select Jury Instructions from the next page. You can then select the criminal jury instructions or charges to the jury for your jurisdiction.
On Lexis, use the Browse drop down menu in the upper left hand corner. Select Browse Sources, then select by Category, and then select Jury Instructions. You will see a list of all the different jury instructions available on Lexis. You can them filter by Jurisdiction. However, you should note that Lexis does not have New York state or federal criminal jury instructions.
