Evidence trial aids and treatises are indispensable tools for a litigator. Two types of resources are highlighted here. The first set of resources, Evidence Manuals and Handbooks, assist in trial preparation and serve as a ready reference tool during trial. The second set of resources are treatises, which contain in depth analysis of legal issues and can be used as a source of support for legal memorandum and motions.
