United States Patents Quarterly

The United States Patents Quarterly (USPQ) is a United States legal reporter. It is is available from Bloomberg BNA in their Intellectual Property Law Resource Center. The USPQ covers intellectual property cases including patents, copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets, from 1913 to the present.
