Trade Usage: Incoterms

Incoterms 2020 are ICC's rules for using domestic and international trade terms.
- BLS Library provides a print copy of Incoterms 2020.
- Subscription ICC Dispute Resolution Library > research category: Books > link: See full list of books provides Incoterms 2020 and ICC Handbook on Transport and the Incoterms 2020 Rules.
Older contracts will reference older versions of Incoterms. Also, as ICC notes at its website, parties to a contract for the sale of goods can agree to choose any version of Incoterms. Thus, BLS Library also has Incoterms 2010, 2000 and 1990.
