Developed by the UN's Treaty Section of the Office of Legal Affairs and revised in 2012, this Treaty Handbook discusses the treaty process (signature/consent to be bound, ratification, accession) and includes a glossary of treaty terms (p. 62).

The Oxford Guide to Treaties (2012) covers treaties from formation to termination.  It includes the chapter: The Vienna Convention Rules on Treaty Interpretation.
