International Conference: Tax Treaty Case Law Around the Globe

Fiscal Institute Tilburg and Institute for Austrian and International Tax Law of Vienna University conduct the annual conference: Tax Treaty Case Law Around the Globe.  At a later date, material from the 2024 conference will be published as a book by International Bureau of Fiscal Documentation and Linde.  Below is a description of the 2024 conference:

Our conference, spanning five continents, features experts from different jurisdictions who will present and discuss the most relevant decisions from their countries. With a comprehensive coverage of tax treaty cases, our program is designed around eight distinct sessions, each focusing on key topics identified as 'baskets.'"

  • TIP: One can filter case law by country/jurisdiction, related country/jurisdiction, collection title (example: ECJ Case Law), region, keywords or selected topics.  Also, one can run keyword searches. 
  • To access IBFD Tax Research Platform from off-campus locations: implement the BLS proxy server instructions for 1 web browser.
