Jury instructions for both state and federal criminal juries can be found in a variety of locations.
When searching on Westlaw, select Secondary Sources link from the main menu and then select Jury Instructions from the next page. You can then select the criminal jury instructions or charges to the jury for your jurisdiction.
On Lexis, use the Content menu on the research landing page and select Jury Instructions. You will then see a list of all the different jury instructions available on Lexis sorted by jurisdiction.
