This guide describes print and digital resources to help 1Ls succeed at Brooklyn Law School.

HERE ARE SOME OF THE THINGS YOU CAN DO AT THE REFERENCE DESK

The Reference Desk is located on the ground floor of the library.  After entering the library, pass the Circulation Desk to visit the Reference Desk.

Research and Reference Assistance

The Reference Desk is staffed by reference librarians and reference assistants who are available to answer your reference questions, guide your research, and assist with your use of library databases and other resources.  The Reference Desk is staffed M-F, 9am-8pm and Saturday from 12pm-4pm

Visit us in person at the Reference Desk or you may also contact the Reference Desk in the following ways:

The reference librarians have written a series of Legal Research Guides on various topics to aid researchers.  See here for the LibGuides. (See our Library Learn It! videos to the right to learn how to use these guides to start your research)

To keep abreast of library activities, faculty interviews, new books and musings about the larger library and legal world, please check out the BLS Library Blog written by the reference librarians.
