New York Stock Exchange (NYSE)  is the world's largest stock exchange. The website has links to several resources regarding regulatory actions and market and company data.

FINRA

Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (formerly known as the National Association of Securities Dealers) The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) is an independent, nongovernmental organization that writes and enforces the rules governing registered brokers and broker-dealer firms in the United States. FINRA combined the enforcement divisions of the National Association of Securities Dealers and the NY Stock Exchange.
