legislation.gov.uk provides all legislation from 1988- and "most pre-1988 primary legislation." Most primary legislation is available in "revised" form, which includes amendments. This free site includes all UK Statutory Instruments, Scottish Statutory Instruments and Northern Ireland Statutory Rules from 1987-. This site also includes the web page: legislation originating from the EU (= "EU legislation set out in Schedule 5 to the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 (c. 16) along with Corrigenda (Correction slips for EU Legislation) and EU Directives published before 11:00 p.m. on 31 December 2020").
