International Conference: Tax Treaty Case Law Around the Globe

Fiscal Institute Tilburg and Institute for Austrian and International Tax Law of Vienna University conduct the annual conference: Tax Treaty Case Law Around the Globe. At a later date, material from the 2024 conference will be published as a book by International Bureau of Fiscal Documentation and Linde. Below is a description of the 2024 conference:

- Description: "Join us for an insightful exploration of the most intriguing Tax Treaty Cases globally, decided in 2023. Our conference, spanning five continents, features experts from different jurisdictions who will present and discuss the most relevant decisions from their countries. With a comprehensive coverage of tax treaty cases, our program is designed around eight distinct sessions, each focusing on key topics identified as 'baskets.'"
