Machine Translators & Oxford Reference (includes bilingual dictionaries)

Each website below includes a pull-down menu of languages covered by the translation tool. At present, machine translators are not equivalent to human translators.

Machine translator ("Translate text" feature) + bilingual dictionaries.

PROMPT.One
In 2008, Chunyu Kit and Tak Ming Wong noted that PROMPT was slightly better at translating from Portuguese to English.

Center for Advanced Research on Language Acquisition: Less Commonly Taught Languages
Through this website, one might be able to identify faculty who could be, or who could recommend, translators and interpreters.
