Librarian liaisons can provide 1) training in case retrieval to faculty and their research assistants and 2) assistance locating cases unavailable through Westlaw, Lexis or Bloomberg Law.
Whenever possible, BLS Library delivers material in digital form, unless directed otherwise. Whenever possible, BLS Library emails PDFs of requested articles.
BLS Library does not 1) make multiple copies of articles or cases or 2) perform other services that might violate copyright laws. See section: Copyright Issues in either the BLS Faculty Handbook or Adjunct Faculty Handbook for information on course packs, copyright compliance and obtaining clearance from the CCC for course materials. These Handbooks are available through this BLSConnect page for faculty.
A faculty member can make an interlibrary loan request through SARA catalog tab: ILL.
