Policy: Use of Library Electronic Databases

All individuals who access any resources through the library (each a “user”) must comply with each resource’s terms and conditions on the use of the resource. The terms of each resource can be found on the landing page for the resource or by contacting the resource directly. Any user’s violation of a resource’s terms and conditions will result in the revocation of that user’s access privileges and will subject the user to appropriate discipline under the Law School’s policies. All users’ access to the resources provided by the Law School through third-party providers is at the individual user’s own risk and each user is responsible for that user's own actions.
