Welcome to the Library Computing and Technology Department at Brooklyn Law School! This guide provides instructions and information about hardware, software, and platforms managed and supported by the Library, as well as troubleshooting tips and support. These include:

  • Computers
  • Printing
  • Scanning
  • Microfilm
  • Office and legal-educational technology
  • Proxy server and Virtual Private Network (VPN)
  • Remote and onsite access to electronic resources

Information Technology at BLS

K2 Services provides BLS with information technology (IT) management and support service. The IT department can assist with the following areas and programs:

  • Email and BLS credentials, including locked accounts
  • Wifi and internet connectivity
  • Microsoft Suite, including Word, Excel, Powerpoint, OneNote and Outlook
  • Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
  • Zoom
  • Canvas LMS
