This guide provides instructions and information about the hardware, software and platforms managed by the Library.

WiFi Network How to Connect Who?
bls-secure Enter BLS credentials (firstname.lastname) and password All BLS students, faculty and staff
bls-library-guest Ask for the password at the circulation desk Library guests and alumni

What is eduroam?

eduroam is a service that provide WiFi access to members of participating institutions. eduroam (education roaming) allows BLS community members to access free and secure WiFi when visiting another eduroam member institution. You can find a full list of participating institutions here.

eduroam may be useful to BLS community members who live far from campus, choose to study on another campus, or are seeking flexible and secure connectivity.

eduroam Connection Instructions

1. Select eduroam from the list of WiFi networks.

2. Enter your BLS credentials, then click OK.

3. A certificate will display and your device will ask you to authenticate it before connecting. Click Connect (PC) or Continue (Mac).
