BLS Library Technology

Provides information and instructions for hardware, software, and platforms managed and supported by the library.

Locked Account

A BLS account will automatically lock after five incorrect login attempts to email, BLSConnect, lab computers, printing release stations, or WiFi.

If you get locked out of your account, you have two options:

  1. Wait 30 minutes for your account to unlock
  2. Go to https://reset.brooklaw.edu to reset your password (you will need your BLS ID)

REMEMBER! If you reset your password, you must update the following to avoid being locked out again:

  • WiFi settings
  • Outlook and Microsoft apps
  • Saved browser passwords

If you continue to have issues after following these steps, please reach out to IT at support@brooklaw.edu.
